Provincial Lead Coordinator

Mr. Sultan is the Provincial Lead Coordinator for Balochistan. He is responsible to support the technical advisory team (TAT) in overall activities at provincial level and coordinate with both the Provincial Political Leadership and the Assembly Secretariat to foster working relationship with them. He plays a key role in formation of Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Assurance Technical Working Group (PATWG) which oversee the day to day work of the Project and provide regular reports upwards to the PSC

Mr. Sultan has master degree in Sociology. He has 24 years of diverse experience with INGOs/NGOS in programme management, projects engaging Political Parties, parliamentarians and civil society actors about democratic governance, human rights, social/citizen mobilization, culture development, youth policies and peace building specifically with elected representatives in the Balochistan Assembly.

Sultan seeks to advance key cross cutting governance themes including gender, social inclusion, fundamental rights and youth in all programmatic activities. As well as seeking to link activities to the Provincial Level Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Taskforce(s).
